Hi i got another nokia 5800 through vodafone as a replacement for my faulty handset and have noticed that there is quite a gap between the front of the case and back.its big enough to collect alot of dust and i can also see the insides of the phone through it,just wondering if vodafone would replace it again as this would be the 2nd time,im not too happy with it due to the risk of it being pretty open, also if i squeeze the phone it closes the gap so seems like its not screwed in or glued in enough

what would you people do?

thanks

ps:im on contract

I'd get them to send you a brand new one again and tell them that you will keep returning the phone until they supply you with one that is of sufficient build quality.

vodafone must be getting all the seconds the cus my work mate has had a second replacment from them, mine and my bros from o2 have not had any probs..

if u go in to one of the vodafone stores it would be btr than calling customer serices as u can show them the gap in the phone as it shouldnt be there and they should replace the handset as its faulty
