Nokia 5800 leather cover doesn't fit! Can I get refund from Amazon marketplace?

I bought a Nokia 5800 flip-up case for £5(comes with screen protector) from Amazon marketplace and received it today. After putting my phone in I found it doesn't fit properly. The front bottom chrome part is uncovered and the proximity sensor is also covered making the screen turn black sometimes! Not only that, the button which secures the case in place only just about shuts but I feel it's too tight and may damage the phone. I haven't opened the screen protector.

How do I get a full refund plus the cost of me posting it to them. I've read the Amazon marketplace returns policy but it's just a bit confusing. Anyone with experience can tell me if I'll get all my money back?

Tried rotating it 180°?

Very funny.

Seriously how hard is it to design a £5 cover for a phone and make sure it FITS!

Bunch of morons...

I have nearly the same one, cept it's less flashy. Bought it for £3 from dealextreme and fits perfectly. Mine doesn't have the bit over the screen.

I was been serious, if one bit is covered that shouldn't be, and another … I was been serious, if one bit is covered that shouldn't be, and another bit is uncovered that should be.... Try and rotate it 180° (with screen still facing the same way).

Oh ok my bad. I have done it right. It's just poor design, going to contact seller now hopefully they initiate the refund quickly. =)
