I just deleted all my saved data on my xbox 360 accidently. I clicked on delete profile well not my main one and i realised i clicked the wrong one and deleted profile and items. I s there anyway of getting it back. I highly doubt it.

break it? erm.... i doubt it, there are many guides on taking it apart, it isn't hard..

But, i guess you need to weigh up effort involved with doing this, or lose data, up to you ain't it

You certainly won't break it, unless you do something completely random and hit it with a hammer or something.

Of course you can still get it back. Its just reserved as empty space on your drive.
Its the same as if someone had a hard drive full of illegal images and thinks deleting them means they cant be found . . . . . they can!

yes it will, when it gets deleted it just marks the allocation table, so the actual data is still there, just that it is marked as free space, so it is vital you don;t use the drive until you run recovery or you will risk losing it.

Besides, if you really did think you could not get back deleted data, why were you requesting help then question our claims that data CAN actually be recovered? lol
