Anyone got any experience of the refund process for Nord?
I purchased a 2 year plan knowing that i can get a refund within 30 days, after a week of using it i decided it was too slow for my needs.
I spoke to someone on chat a few hours ago and after a few attempts to convince me to stay they decided to refund me, was told that i would receive a refund back to my bank account within 5-10 working days.
I have not received any email confirmation nor did i receive the chat transcript i requested in chat settings. All seems a bit odd for such a popular VPN service.
Now i'm worried that they are just trying to delay and wait for the 30 days to go by!
