NOT RECEIVED ORDER FROM AMAZON, HELP?

I ORDERED A WATCH FOR MY PARTNERS BDAY ON THE 18TH AND HAD A DISPATCH EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHALL I DO? IF IT HAS BEEN LOST IN THE POST WILL AMAZON REPLACE IT? THANKS.

Go to amazon site and log into your account,Then click on "track packages",Then it will tell you if it has been dispatched or not and roughly when you should recieve it,

Done That And It Said Expected Delivery Date Was 24th Nov???

I'm currently in the situation where my item has not been delivered. So this is taken from the auto response email I received.

To view the availability time and an estimation of the dispatch date of your order, please visit Your Account on our home page amazon.co.uk

Click on "Open and recently dispatched orders" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. You will then be able to view a delivery estimate below the heading "Items Not Yet Dispatched". Simply click on the name of the item below the delivery estimate to view the current availability time.

Wouldn't panic yet...........if it is being sent via Free Super Saver delivery it is notoriously slow and takes a week or so.

loads of time yet ,i wouldnt panic, not sure but usually they wont do anything until 21 days then they will send you another 1 or refund your money

I had a parcel go missing recently, they were really good i thought, had to wait so many days after, think it was 10 days maybe, then emailed them again to say it hadnt arrived still, they sent another one straight out. no messing about.

And yet the free supersaver delivery got such heat on here when it was reduced to a fiver! Amazon utilise the Home Delivery Network, google HDN and find out how shocking they can be, although personally I have not had problems with them, they are notoriously bad with customer complaints.

What I find ridiculous still with Amazon though is that they have lowered the price of offering free supersaver delivery, but have yet to with their priority Prime service at £49 a year.
