Notifying DVLA about change of colour, have I filled form correctly?

If only Michael Jackson was still around, you could have asked him how he informed them.
not sure but you might only need the primary colour, unless you've gone for a checkerboard effect...
You will need to send the receipt for the paint so that DVLA know that your not just making the colour up

No don't need to send receipts, just wondered if I had to fill the other vehicle parts in.
as others have said you only need to include the main colour, is it a respray or a vinyl wrap, if its a vinyl wrap then its not classed as permanent and they dont need informing, dont forget to inform your insurance too, and expect a price rise as most will
