    Now TV error when trying to access My Passes

    Are any other subscribers receiving an error when trying to access MY PASSES in their NOW TV account details? I have not been able to view my passes for over a week now and I need to cancel my 14 day SKY Cinema trial by Sunday 16th Oct. The error says 'We're having trouble displaying your passes. Please try again in a few minutes'. I have tried accessing it from multiple browsers and on different devices so I know its not a local issue. The cynical side of me wonders whether the error is more than just a glitch (this is a SKY company after all!!)

    I haven't had this problem. Just looked on and amended mine fine

    Working for me, you could just try ringing them of course?

    There is no tel #, only the live chat which is a bit carp

    Sounds like your only option then

    Contact them on twitter they are usually quite good on their and willing to help or reset your account password and try again after that

    Thanks for the tip. I spent some time on live chat with them earlier and they've had me clear out my cookies, temp internet files, upload silverlight etc....still the same problem. I'll give this a go, cheers

    Are you watching on laptop? The black boxes are great. Quite fast format if I can invest in one and goes in any TVs slot

    We have 2 black boxes connected in our house and the kids occasionally stream on their tablets.

    My issue with Now TV isn't with their TV streaming, its their website customer account services.

    The chat is rubbish but I asked for them to ring me and they stayed on till the prob was sorted. Good luck

    The problem resolved itself yesterday. Very odd!
