    NowTV Fibre solution

The Router on this is only 2.4ghz. I spoke to someone from NowTv they said you can use a Sky Q box with this service giving giving 5ghz. Can anyone confirm this? Many thanks

The Sky Hub 3.0 is dual band so 2.4 and 5.

You need router and now tv box to be close to get 5ghz to work.. All connected devices in the same room I find...

I would buy a third party router which uses both bands 2.4ghz and 5ghz , and use the NOWTV router as a modem only. I have Sky Broadband and have issues with the provided modem router, so using a Asus RT-AC87U to handle all the wireless in the house, no speed issues here.

A sky Q TV box, no..... a Sky Q router yes. But the Sky Q router is just as bad as the older style sky routers. Hope that helps.
