Hiya

This is a pest when it is hitting the car. You could complain to your local council, they should be able to do something. Or the police, but sometimes that might just antagonise the situation.

If you are really brave and know who the kids are you could always tactfully mention it to their parents. I have no patience with this kind of thing, I get enough grief of my own kids without taking it from other peoples as well.

Good luck

their the neighbous kids the amount of times ive told their parents and shounted at them they say it wasnt them and the parents have stood there when they done it.

Report it to the council and keep a diary of when all this happens.
I know its hard but don't go out and shout, let the council sort them out.

yeah, its not worth the hastle, the council should be able to deal with this.

Yeah, if you personally get involved you'll only end up with slashed tyres. :-(

A friend of mine had this very same problem a few years ago, she and other residents contacted their local councillor, who looked into it and subsequently had a 'no football' sign errected (this was a cul-de-sac with a small grassed area).

You have my sympathy as I know from her experience this was making her life miserable. :x

Isn't that a bit sterotypical? Us lot in N'pton would never do that... We'd just go somewhere else if asked :giggle:

There's one of those in my street, the kids use it as one of the goalposts.
