O2 billing

I had a number with OW and recently signed for another one, unknowingly the two numbers are now put into the same bill. is there a way to have 2 separate bills for them?
I tried to contact O2, but as you know they are short-staffed and this is not their priority. any way I can do this myself on the account or write in to request that? can't even find an email address to do so.
