O2 price increase, leave early?

Important news. From April we're adjusting your tariff in line with the 2.7% RPI rate of inflation, as mentioned in your terms.

So a £39 tariff would increase by £1.05 a month. Go to My O2 in April and you'll see the new bill.

Other charges outside your monthly allowance will change too.

See details at o2.co.uk/prices

Hi All,

Just got the above text message from o2
Do you think I can terminate the contract early without any penalty?

Thanks

All phone companies increase their contracts by RPI every year, it's only when they try and sneak in other increases or change terms you can leave without penalties.
