O2 Priority

Is anybody else experiencing problems with O2 Priority at the moment?

For the past few days, whenever I open the app on phone or tablet I get the message "There are no offers at the moment. Try looking in another category."

This is the same for all categories and "My Priority" shows up as empty.

Both tablet and phone are correctly signed in to their respective numbers/accounts and have worked perfectly until now.

The only variables to have altered are a house move and a change of ISP although obviously neither of these should have any bearing on the issue and took place a day AFTER the problem emerged.

Staff at the O2 shop in the nearest town said that they were not aware of any issues.

I have a BlackBerry Q5 running BlackBerry 10 with Priority sideloaded and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 running Android KitKat.

Any suggestions would be very gratefully received as I am now exhibiting withdrawal symptoms due to plummeting levels of coffee and pizza.

Nope works fine for me in iOS. Try removing and reinstalling the app.
Works for me on ios and Android.

Thanks that's my next step although I guess if I do that I will need to go through the registration process again.
