Odd cheapies to make up purchase price to use voucher entitlement at Argos please

I have to buy 2 things at £9.99 and have 2 vouchers for £1 off a £10 spend.

I also have to buy 2x things at £14.99 and have a £3 off a £30 spend. I don't mind queueing up 3 times but what small item can I purchse to take advantage of the discount?

I know there were some ideas at Xmas, but I need to get these items this afternoon at the latest and I wondered if anyone knew of any small inexpensive items to make up the difference without erradicating what the vouchers were worth?

    Thank you

could you not donate 1p to charity, this used to work for buying something to get the free voucher

buy batteries from behind the desk when you pay.

Many thanks for the info on the cheapie links. I will take a look there. Just found a way to search online for randomly reduced bargains, so I am on that one!
    Thanks Sassie and Sonia

How do I do the charity donation, is this at the checkout, I wouldn't … How do I do the charity donation, is this at the checkout, I wouldn't have thought argos would allow this to go through the books but many thanks for the info on the cheapie links. I will take a look there.I have standard batteries coming out of my ears! The ones I need are the rechargeables @ £9.99 for 2.

i think its at the checkout, there is somewhere where you tick and add amount, although not sure, but i do know that members where adding this when buying items to make it to £50 or £100 spend to get the free vouchers

Thaks for that as I missed out a couple of times over Xmas as I was in a hurry and couldn't think of anything inexpensive I needed to bring the price up to qualify for the voucher, without negating the added expenditure.

I'd rather donate enough to charity just to qualify even if just get it reimbursed by the voucher - at least it will be doing some good to a worthy cause, so I really appreciate this advice, and will ask about it in store and bear it in mind for future purchases.

    Nice one sassie x
