I seemed to recall at the end of last year, petrol was about £1 a litre and the oil price was less than US£100 per barrel. Then this year the oil price rocketed to over US$150 and so the price of petrol came to be £1.40 ish per litre. How come the price per barrel of oil has dropped to less than US$100 and yet the fuel prices are still so high? DO you remember how much petrol was when oil price was just under US$100 a barrel?
