Ok....................strange one I know but........any doctors in the house?

Can ur teeth fall out if u've been stabbed?? A friend of mine has been told by someone that all his teeth fell out due to blood poisoning after he was stabbed. Obviously, it's not actually down to the stabbing as such but the blood poisoning - anybody known or heard of this happening??
