old video recorder tapes...

I need a new tape for my old camcorder C. 1997 and I only have the info whats on an old casette which says: Jvc 45 VHSC (HI-fi extra high grade) what does this mean? I kinda figured all i had to look for was any vhsc tape and it woiuld be ok and the 45 referred to 45 minute tape so it would be ok to get like a vhsc 90 or somethin like that? Is that right I really wouldnt like to buy the wrong one! thasnkyou so much x

Yep, VHS-C is a standard and 45 just refers to the running time. Any brand or running time will be fine to use.
