    Calm down for starters....

What do you mean when someone took money out of your account.

How about contacting paypal and your credit card company, they would be the sensible option

omg..theres now a 2nd transaction ....ok slightly worried

try the contact option on the site or I believe there is a phone number for them, google is your friend in these cases

I would call your bank/card provider first, assuming you are over 18

dont know if this is helpful ripoffreport.com/rep…htm

or just stick Betamax GmbH & Co.KG into google

hmm looks like you have been unlucky as from sassie's link, they have "found" your credit card number D:

Contact Paypal and your bank ASAP and if need be contact the Police. A similar thing happened to my friends son the beginning of last year and he went to the Police. He was a student and someone had hacked into his PC and into all his emails, Ebay, Paypal, etc etc. He was supposed to have 3 laptops for sale on Ebay, which he knew nothing bout. It all got sorted in the end but took ages. If you have an Ebay account I would check on that too.

    Good luck.

natwest cant be shut-all banks have a 24 hour fraudline.

Sign in to Paypal and raise a dispute against Betamax GmbH...they will look into the dispute after you give them the relative info.... also when in paypal change your password and if possible change your card details.....if using Ebay change password and card details also.

Betamax has charged my credit card. I have NEVER even heared of this company before. I check my statement and there is a 34.26 charge for BETAMAX VOIP CREDIT COLOGNE DF

This Company is FRAUDULENTLY and Illegally finding credit card numbers and charging them. There is virtually no information on these crimminals. They will not return e-mail/ phone calls etc. I have cancelled my card, alerted my bank, disputed the charges, contated the State Attorney, federal, and others. They need to be prosecuted.

Here is a website that has a little info on them. They are not part of the scam as far as I know.
