didnt even include all the stuff they are for 11 quid

were they buy it now? i think there is rules about selling on ebay above the rrp. Its worth a try to get your money back

So tell them they did not send all the stuff so you want a refund

Didnt you also buy a phone without reading there was no camera????

Im sure i got a mail about it once it might of just been on certain things though, worth looking up.

You would have been entitled to send them back if they were a business seller, did you buy them both from the same person ?

Why should the seller take them back? You bid for them and won the auction so why should the seller be responsible for your actions?

Will you be leaving negative feedback because you shouldn't have bought them?

Under the distance selling regulations yes, but that's supposed to be for if the goods aren't suitable and you couldn't tell before they arrived, not for the case of someone later finding out they can buy it cheaper elsewhere.

    That was from me

Happened to me before mate finding stuff cheaper I doubt you can do much about it.

no sympathy from me, end of the day You bid on items or used buy it now, you dont go back to currys a few days later saying sorry i want a refund coz i saw them cheaper in argos etc, call it a lesson learnt always shop around for best prices

As far as i am aware a buyer can change his/her mind and return the goods for a refund.

In this case the seller isn't a business so it doesn't apply.

No returns accepted on the advert im afraid.

i think they sent the wrong ones as there not as bright as in pic and when i searched that was the only one and as i only just won them just assumed that was about the right price

at last somone with a brain ,have spent about 600 quid on ebay on cycling stuff and this is the first slip up,im sure the sellers intertrading as thers loads of bids on everything and they seem to be going for around same price as i paid when there worth around a tenner, reported anyway:thumbsup:

Under the distance selling regulations you have 7 days from receipt of item to return the items makes no difference if the seller states no refunds. Open a case now and request a refund - what have you to loose?

    One born every minute!

and you have the cheek to want a refund!

if you won the auction for 1p, would you have another thread on here if the seller wanted to charge you more?

I wish there were more buyers like you for my auctions
