Once: Win a Flat!!!

Found 16th Dec 2008
came across this and shocked! u can win a flat!!! looks well smart and cool. nice site also

It's becoming increasingly more difficult to get a mortgage these days and even harder to get on that elusive first rung of the property ladder. So, what better way to help someone is there other than 'giving' away a free home; stylish, contemporary, with no catches or gimmicks, someone, somewhere, really will win this apartment and it's simple to enter and absolutely FREE to enter, so, good luck!

but you have to still pay a lease
your winning the chance to rent the flat, what a joke.
maybe its genuine...does seem too good to be true
21. The Winner will be required to enter into and will be bound by the terms of a Lease of the property the subject of the Prize. The Lease will be in substantially the same format as the Leases of the other properties which make up the Development. The Lease will contain provisions for the payment of ground rent and service charge and other covenants relevant to a property of this nature and the Winner will be bound by the same.
The 'lease' thingy is just the ground rent and the service charge that all flats have. It says its the same as the other flats, so it aint gonna be a con - the other flats will be paying the same charges. But hey, with no mortgage and just ickle service charge and ground rent you'd be laughing as you live!

Its worth a go, id probably move in it if i won it!!! Doesnt seem clear on the actual date of the draw, it just says that closing date is 31st jan then it will be announced when the draw is (so could be anytime if they wanted).

still gets the thumbs up from me and ive entered cos the flats look really good and if i could get one for free then all the more merrier!!

merry xmas
Has nobody here even looked at renting a flat before, you pay a lease on all purpose built flat blocks to cover maintainance.
