Once: Win an FYEO photo shoot

FYEO photo shoots are a chance to have some beautiful, feminine portraits done by a female photographer. These images make 'ordinary' women look fantastic by using all the tricks and techniques used by celebrity photographers. They're the type of photographs that you'll be proud of for years to come and you can win the photo shoot for free by entering this competition.

When you arrive at FYEO's building on Kennedy Street in the city centre, you will meet your photographer and have a onetoone session with a professional make-up artist, before being taken through to the studio where you can discuss what youd like from your shoot. You can talk to them about your best bits and any concerns, and they'll have a look at the accessories youve brought with you.

During the shoot you will be made to feel comfortable and relaxed. All the staff are female, the lighting and styling is designed to flatter all body types, and you can reveal as much or as little as you like. Throughout the shoot, your photographer will direct you into all the poses. Youll be so busy stretching and twisting that there wont be time to feel self-conscious. They use flash lighting, which gives them complete control over the areas of your body they light up.

When you're finished, your portraits will be displayed in a secure online gallery, so you can make your own choice from a selection of gifts.

We have three premium photo shoots to give away including:

- Make-up touch up with a professional make-up artist
- One-to-one photo shoot with your own specialist female photographer
- Body sculpting and full direction, skin smoothing and lighting to suit you
- Posture and styling advice
- FYEO retouching on all your images
- A private online gallery with approx 15 images
- One 5" x 7" print
