a few years ago you could go into be one4 all website follows a link and credit you Amazon account with the credit from the one for all gift in order to spend it only Amazon but this is a feature no longer available

Sell to cardyard, and buy Amazon card with the credit. But be prepared to lose 10%+ on the deal. Or sell to someone at 5% loss and add the cash to your account, or buy from cardyard at up to 4.94% discount.

There are multiple sellers that accept One4all, so bearing in mind the loss you are likely to receive, is it not worth checking that none of the sellers sell the product you want?
