Alternatively, you can swap the balances of your one4all gifts cards for other retailer gift cards to be able to use them as part payment, or use multiple gift vouchers for an order.
So your last £2.82 can get you a £2.82 gift card for boohoo, Homesense, Nike, River Island or TK MAXX.

As long as you are buying something in a shop (not online) you can use multiple payment methods including

    one4all
    store gift card
    debit/credit card
    cash

I have used about six one4all cards (and a flexecash/easysaver card) for one transaction in Halfords. You just tell them how much is on the card before it is swiped, repeat process until the full amount is paid.

It's similar to how you might split the bill in a restaurant, each person uses their own debit/credit card or cash to pay part of the bill and the assistant swipes/zaps each in turn for the requested amount.

As crumpetman said, most shops allow you to use multiple cards for one transaction and pay the remainder by credit/debit card or cash. Some such as Argos may also allow this online. You could visit Argos and use them to buy a gift card, eg put them towards a £15 or £25 Sainsburys gift card. I think the One4All balance begins diminishing after 18months.

I don't think Iceland accept One4All. You may have used a Love2Shop card. (edited)

Detest these cards... Wish people would just give cash. Also, spend quick cos after a year it starts taking off a monthly fee! I attempted to use mine line at JL but quickly realised that it can't be used as part payment unless instore..any store..

I agree about giving cash instead of these as gifts but I get mine at such a good discount that it's worth the few hoops to jump through.

Also, you can use them as part payment online in certain circumstances with a bit of a workaround. If the retailer allows you to pay with a gift card/voucher AND a debit/credit card then what you do is buy a gift voucher from them for the value of your order minus the amount on your one4all card. I have done this with Argos where the item I wanted was £50, I had £36.53 left on the one4all card so bought an Argos e-gift card (online from Argos and paid with my normal credit card) to the value of £13.47 and then used both to pay for my £50 item.
