Gotta love 20% VAT.
£549 for the 7T is a great price IMO. I much prefer flat displays to curved so it's a better phone than the Pro for me.
So essentially for £150 you get extra 285mAh and another 128Gb?

90hz is definitely not a gimmick, everything just feels smoother and snappier, like more polished. And to me the perception of quickness makes such a difference in everyday usage. Have you tried a 90hz display personally?
I still have the OnePlus 6 the last one with 3.5 Jack and won't change it for any phone without it
The one plus 7 pro is the best phone on the market in my opinion only paid £540 brand new 12gb ram 256 ROM with a gorgeous 1440p oled at 90hz which makes a huge difference

Agreed.
I like the 7T tbh, but probably worth watching eGlobal etc for the cheaper prices.

There would be no oneplus if it wasn't for the European and more so the UK sales of the original phone right up to the 3

US prices don't include state and local taxes - which average around 7%.

Depends on your preference. Thing about oneplus phones is that they get cheaper fast since their product refresh is every 6 months. You'd always be better off waiting and buying the previous model. I've sold my 6 month old oneplus phones in the past and have had to cut the price by £100+ regularly which really hurts!
Yeah, not sure how I feel about hole punch camera, sold my oneplus 7 Pro a couple of weeks ago, pretty much got my money back on it, I tend to buy at a discount around launch, paid around £485 for my pro using a eBay discount code , sold it for £460, currently using one of my backup oneplus phones, due to currently been on holiday, using my oneplus 5t, but day to phone is my oneplus 6, odd going from oneplus 7 Pro to the 6, big difference is the battery life, but kinda liking the smaller size... I could be tempted back in for a oneplus 7t, I think I prefer the flat screens at the moment... But I shall ponder when the right deal or offer code pops up.

Definately agree about the flat screen. Curved screens only make the phone astehtically nicer, however practically it makes the usage kf the phone worse and on top expose the edges to knocks and scrapes. Love my 7 Pro still. I got it for a heavy discount by buying it from dubai Amazon.ae. It was £518 brand new sealed! Bought a few and sold them for £630 each. So definitely didn't pay full price for mine
I wouldn't say they are premium just yet. The camera quality still sucks.
I wouldn't say sucks. I've captured some fantastic shots with my 7 Pro. You still need ample natural light, but generally speaking, the photos are bloody good. Not on the level of iPhone 11 or Gixel 3, but it all depends how important the camera is for you. Here are some example shots from my phone:

I would say that's the only thing there lacking in now camera department

Yeah. Once you go Pixel 3... Your view of phone camera will never be the same again. My cousin showed me his photos and my jaw dropped literally!
I can't understand how OP can justify a 10% price increase to £550 for the 7T, pretty soon they'll be charging Samsung Galaxy prices with no real service support and little resale value at trade in time, They are certainly no longer a bargain. Just a pity no other Chinese brand is really pushing to take their place in the market.

Lol no real service support! Oneplus has one of the best service supports, their warranty and service is excellent....and as for resale value I bought a new oneplus 7 Pro for 485, used it for 5 months and resold it for 460! (edited)
Aren't these their standard prices? Hardly a deal to be honest. "Hey, buy this £699 phone for only £699....bargain!"
I thought this was a deal site, why are retail prices considered hot. £700 for a OP? (edited)
