OnePlus have lost their way imo, I bought the first 3 phones but these prices crazy in comparison
Total rip off comparing other markets
OnePlus 7T Pro Haze Blue (8GB RAM + 256GB storage) $699 £699 ₹52,999
$ to £ is not 1:1
52 999 rupees is £604.11
Cold for the prices and the UK getting blatantly ripped off again

Pricing exactly the same as the 7 and 7 Pro?
So essentially for £150 you get extra 285mAh and another 128Gb?

Is this a deal or just their normal pricing?

Yes it is.... Also we don't have 25% import duty like the US

There's a lot more differences between the 2

Agreed.

I like the 7T tbh, but probably worth watching eGlobal etc for the cheaper prices.
£549 for the 7T is a great price IMO. I much prefer flat displays to curved so it's a better phone than the Pro for me.

7T Pro won't be sold in U.S., apparently (The Verge)

XDA says differently and since they have had the phone weeks in their hands sooner believe them..
Do we know if the Indian prices include their sales taxes?

Probably best we don't trust the verge after the PC build thing haha

Yes all retail prices, direct from OnePlus or Indian amazon (official reseller in India)

It's not a deal. It is the normal price. Sorry but cold.
I'm just going through some of the live stream updates. Doesn't exactly seem like a spectacular improvement over the 7 Pro unlike the solid improvement the 7T was over the 7

Value for money, probably. But a deal. Nah. Cold. Ice cold even due that horrific circular camera design.

Cool but they do good reporting on other topics
I might sit this one out and wait for the oneplus 8 or 8 pro

Time will tell although my point wasn't about availability it was to do with their shocking pricing policy in the UK compared to other markets..

I do think the Indian marketprice is being subsides due to their strong appeal there in comparison to the UK/US but think that the US comparison is generally false because most US prices don't include the final sales tax that consumers end up paying.

We do pay more than other markets I am not arguing on that front.
I still have the OnePlus 6 the last one with 3.5 Jack and won't change it for any phone without it

There would be no oneplus if it wasn't for the European and more so the UK sales of the original phone right up to the 3
Still got my 5T. Want to upgrade and now have zero clue what to do. The 7T has a flat screen so that's a plus but the camera bulge is ridiculous.

US prices don't include state and local taxes - which average around 7%.

Cool but I don't you can't argue with the tactic of pushing for a lower average price in markets where they 'now' have a better chance of gaining marketshare in order to increase overall sales.

I get that UK/US might have been where they got their start but I think they are just being 'smart' now. Also have to remember that companies like Apple keep selling older phones in markets like India to have a lower average selling price.

I have this one too... They announced in the live announcement that we'll get the android 10 upgrade this month.
Shocking price for this phone.
Must wait until pixel 4 announce!
Remember when OnePlus were real bargains? Now just a bit of a bargain.
Still no wireless charging..
I could do with an upgrade from my OnePlus3 and am a big fan of the McLaren special edition (below), will it be avaliable on contract?
