Ongoing Hermes problem...

Another day, another Hermes problem, ordered some gear on 2/12 got the 'your order will be delivered today' from Hermes and hasn't changed since. Contacted the retailer and they eventually sent a replacement, Hermes tracking saying they never received it.
Trying to speak to someone at Hermes seems next to impossible, all I seem able to do on their phone line is enter my tracking details and get an auto response, anyone any ideas?
