Online Bed Store

Does anyone know a decent online bed website that has a decent returns policy?
I'm looking at buying a mattress and bed from but their return policy states you have to pay for returns if the mattress doesn't meet your expectations, or they will charge you £40 to pick up the mattress themselves.

The decent thing with bedstar is I've managed to drop the price of the mattress and bed down by £170 due to pricematches, they offer free delivery and 2 free pillows with the order.

It would be decent if I could try the mattresses out before ordering, but I need the bed ASAP so I don't have the time. The bed will most likely be fine, but I just want the assurance that I can return it with ease.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

I thoroughly recommend Bedlum Beds…ews
They sell also on ebay. After much research on MSE I bought a memory foam/spring mattress from them, with much better quality at a better price than the big names. They also have a good return policy -
Returns Policy

If you wish to return any goods that are not faulty, then you must inform Bedlum Beds direct within 14 days of delivery (date of dispatch by courier). Bedlum beds will then communicate with the customer to try and find a suitable alternative. However if a suitable alternative can't be found then we will issue a refund. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been returned to the factory for inspection. If goods have been damaged by the customer, then no refund will be given.

Most of the time there will be no transport costs for returning goods. However Bedlum Beds reserve the right to charge for transport costs if they feel that a customer is being unreasonable. Bedlum Beds will only cover transport costs for returned items from within mainland UK. Bedlum Beds will not refund the delivery charge for any goods that a customer decides are unsuitable, unless advice on the most suitable item has been given verbally by a Bedlum Beds employee.
Thanks Britchic, that looks like a decent site! May I ask which bed you bought and what you think about it? After having bad experience with memory foam, I'm looking at pocket sprung mattresses, they have a La Romantica Charlotte for £245 in small double size, however the medium-firm is putting me off a little, I'm used to medium beds so it might be too firm for me.

I'm really stuck chosing a bed, all the decent online ones don't seem to be sold instore, and the ones that are sold in showrooms are usually way overpriced!
Sorry to be so long in replying. I bought a La Romantica Madrid bed. I was buying as a spare and probably would have gone up to the higher priced one (Venice?) if it were my bed, however I've slept on it 3 times and love it. We have a memory foam topper on our bed which keeps slipping and I'm now resigned to the fact that we'll be replacing our bed too when we have some money!
Delivery was also good - took about 6 days but they kept me informed and gave me an hour slot, and it was delivered halfway through the slot and taken upstairs for me.
La Romantica, despite its name, is one of the British companies still making mattresses partly by hand.
