online mobile phone retailers with a "free" gift

    Hello

Ive been browsing the tinternet for a mobile phone, of decent quality with a free gift or cash back, its for my partner and she uses it quite a lot so around £35 a month trf suits it, ive found a site called buymobilephones.net, the htc wildfire looks alright and i could get £250 cash back which seems pretty good.

IS the phone any good? and does anyone know of any other websites which would be worth a look at. help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Sensa

with 250 back on a 30 month contract it effectively makes it around £20 a month and the trf was loads of mins and txts and unlimited internet.

+ i will plus you on that,
btw the htc wildfire my mate bought that when it was new £250 now the price went dramatically down, now £130 i think, and got some bad feedback from him and other users so i wouldn't say the current price would hold

Just got the wildfire yesterday for the wife from mobiles.co.uk,they are part of the carphonewarehouse group.Got the phone with a 120gb ps3 and ps3 move on a 24month contract(only bit I dont like about thedeal) for £35 a month which had 700mins,unlimited txts and 500mb data.
The phone itself looks good,I have the htc desire myself and the phones are pretty similar in look and feel, wildfire is slightly smaller, and the big differance visualy is the screen as wildfire is not amoled, just old style lcd.

Whoever you go for look on quidco aswell,I went through them to get phone and on an upgrade(which this was) I have £50 tracked as cashback on top of deal, might be more if new contract.

I had a shot on a Wildfire, and although the software seemed okay, the hardware was ghastly. I'd look elsewhere.

Regarding the contract, if you're getting £250 cashback, it means you're overpaying massively. I did have a look at one of the £250 cashback deals offered by Mobiles.co.uk, and even with the £50 TopCashBack extra cashback, it worked out significantly more expensive than the same contract taken directly up with the service provider, which was 3 in that case. I've been hunting around a lot lately myself, and my spreadsheet currently boasts 900mins @ ~£11/month as the best deal.

Cheers for all this. The trf with unlimited data seemed appealing but I wasn't too sure bout the phone. Think I will browse while at work.

    Q. How do you know if someone has an iphone?

    A. They tell you.

She does want an iPhone. I did that vodafone glitch for her but nothing has come of it and she needs a phone. Was in a bit of a dilemma to be honest as I've not heard anything at all from vodafone. But I doubt it will come of anything
