Online order from GAME

I recently purchased a copy of horizon zero dawn from (tut tut i know), the exclusive sleeve collection, surprise surprise it came without the sleeve and i have been trying to contact their customer services for over a week and they are ignoring my emails? I have gotten 2 replies but they seem like an automated response, I got one email twice asking for pictures, worded out exactly the same after I had already sent images. Is there anything I can do?
