Basically i'm on a 24month contract and 12 months into it and the Nokia 5800 they gave to me at the start of the contract seems to be playing up. As I want a iPhone i'm curious if they'd be willing to allow me to have one for the remainder of my contract, does anyone know how lenient they are with these things?
Also I have 3 Orange contracts on the same account which could possibly put the ball in my court?
Thanks

I have 2 contracts with orange, they won't even repair my handset that's 13 months old even though I pay them over £80 in line rental money.

They'll replace your 5800 that's it...

Nokias come with a 24 month warranty so you will be able to get the one you have repaired, so you could always sell that on and buy an iphone.

orange are pretty rubbish when it comes to trying to upgrade or renew a phone within your crontract period. I managed to get out from orange once they had changed their conditions and it was against the policy that was initiated so i cancelled and joined o2....
