Orange mast maintenance checker?

Found 25th Jul 2014
Hi all,

I normally get full 2g coverage in my house, (no 3g or 4g despite being a mile from the city centre but that's another story), but today I have had no service all day on three orange phones. I have looked on google but cant find anything useful, does anyone know of a site that can show if phone masts are scheduled for maintenance?

I would phone orange but since I only have a mobile I cant ring them, I have emailed them but I am waiting for a reply. Can't wait to move somewhere where I can ditch orange and get a landline as well.

Thanks in advance

A lesson I learnt when taking out two lines is don't go for two of the same network!
When you move, unless you get a spanking 3 in 1 deal, consider hedging your bets as when one network is down, it's likely another will still be working.

I agree, two phones are on orange and one is T-Mobile but uses the orange network (and none have reception since Friday morning). We also have a three mobile but that never gets any service here.. I think I have lead walls haha!

We are moving soon anyway so not a big deal but just wanted to check if there was a mast problem nearby because I'd like to use my phone even if it is only 2g.
