Orange PAYG phone is broken, who do I contact re: warranty?

    I bought an Sony Ericsson W300i off Orange's website back in early July for my brother, but the screen on the phone has broken. It is just permanently lit white. The phone can still answer calls, and potentially make them, but you'd have to key in the numbers blind so to speak.

    Anyway, I've been trying to find out who to contact with regards to the warranty on the phone. Do I contact Orange direct, do I go to my local orange store? I only have the order confirmation email when I placed the order, the invoice that was in the box has since been lost/thrown out.

    Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
