I know some phone companies allow you to set up a contract which you cannot go over, if the limit for free calls is reached then you have to top it up like PAYG etc.

Is for teenagers so that they cant run up a huge bill

Does anyone know if orange do this (or who it is that do) and if so what its known as. Cant see anything about it on website

Sorry, should of said, its someone already in a contract (included phone) who is now running up huge bills each month

I think Tesco mobile offer this service.

I had this problem with my son. I confiscated his phone for a while and made him pay the excess he is a lot more careful now. I also check the online bill regularly just to check he has not forgotten.
