Just ordered a new phone contract with Orange which has already "Validated" for £150 (the current offer).

I've just recieved an email saying:


"Before we can process your order we need to double check some details with you. Please contact us so we can sort everything out.

You can email our web sales support team at [email protected]orange.co.uk Please enter the word GEN into the subject line of your email followed by your order number which is shown below. A member of the team will then review your order and contact you to confirm or request any additional details"

I've replied by email as requested but am wondering if this is likely to beggar up the Quidco claim?

Probably not - guessing it's a credit check problem?

Sounds like a credit check problem yeah. Shouldn't effect the Quidco at all.
