It looks like an error on the blacklising system. There are reports on MSE as well.

My guess would be some bright spark has 'upgraded' part of the server software and it's somehow flagged up all the SF's that have been sold but whose sim cards have never been used and blacklisted the lot.
There was a report that we could run that would show all of those, but it was supposed to view with no action.
Last I heard they were 'working on a fix' but it would depend on what's been messed up as to how long it'll take to fix it! (no help, sorry!).
