Orange to charge £1.47 per month to recieve paper bills

Any orange contract is automatically being signed up to itemised billing at a charge of £1,47 per month from their next bill. Orange say they had lots of requests for this so have made all the bills itemised.

You're automatically signed up to this, to get out of it, you need to text STOP to 1228 before your next bill. I had this letter come with my bill today

If you cancel the itemised billing you need to get your bill online @ orange.co.uk/you…unt,

you will recieve no paper bills if you do not keep the itemised billing.

ah, so it's not just orange, do you have the info on how to cancel it? I will add it to the OP

I've had itemised bills for no charge for as long as I can remember, will this be a charge for me I wonder?

according to the leaflet, it's for everyone. I would ring them in the morning to check

I got told about this about a month ago....

I emailed Dial-a-phone to see if they would accept a print out of online billing for my cashback, but the never replied.

Does anyone know if they will accept it?

I meant Dialaphone are rubbish and weird in terms of communication, in my experience. It was impossible to get to speak to them and they didn't reply my emails either.

I printed off online bills for someone with an e2save cashback redemption contract before and there wasn't any problem,

Can't see what fault they could find in the difference of you printing the bill or orange printing it
