Orange Wednesdays

Can someone enlighten me as to why there are always people looking for "free" Orange wednesday codes on here?

Anyone can get an Orange sim card for free, and you can even get them with cashback and £10 on them as well.

Why don't people simply get one of these free sims and get their own codes for Orange Wednesdays?

Even if you had to pay for the text to get the code, its pennies, and if you use the free credit it would be a very long time before you'd even need to top up the sim.

Perhaps they are not aware they can get a free one.

Although last time i did i registered it and no credit appeared.

not defending them but maybe they don't have a sim free or unlocked mobile to use the free Orange sim!?

Not everyone needs to get a sim for one night in a blue moon. I went last Wednesday and the very kind deb8z supplied me with one.

I go to the cinema about once every 2 months and I think that was the first time I've ever been on a Wednesday so a one off was perfect for me.

I offer to refund the cost of the text so I don't see the problem. Just the usually very friendly HUKD helping one another, where' s the problem?

....get a sim!

I'm not with Orange, and have never used this offer, but it looks like you need an "active " account to get the tickets

terms and conditions
23/ Text tickets are issued on a priority basis to either active Orange mobile customers who spend over £5 per month with Orange or Orange broadband and dial up customers who have an average spend of over £5 per month with Orange and have their own mobile phone account which is able to send and receive texts.

Anyone have a link to the official Orange Wed request thread?

in some terms somewhere, but I've got a sim card I put credit on it once
The balance has been zero for almost 2 years now and it still gives me a code if I ask for one, although I only use it maybe twice a year, its handy having it as it don't cost anything

the texts are free though......well my mum never gets charged for them but have acutallly looked and they say do cost 35p
