When I left they owed me money and they kept saying they’d sent it when they hadn’t. Cost to call them as well. Equipment was a bit dated too. This was a few years back now.

Yeah router looks a bit cheap, like it's from 10 years ago.
I was with them for a year. They are ok for the basic broadband
Were fine for me for a couple of years. I’ve now ditched my landline for 4g broadband though. They never charged me for terminating my line with them like plusnet did before. I always found the technical support to be pretty decent, needed them a couple of times mind you.

I'd stick to companies like Virgin Media, Sky, BT tbh, they often have decent deals for new customers
