    Assuming it's Outlook 2007...

In the new email, click on Options, and then tick Use Voting Buttons. Then enter in the options for voting (eg Yes; No) separated by a semi-colon.

    mmmmmm, 2003 - any suggestions?

Would think it's pretty much the same, did you try it?

thank you I did but it doesn't offer me the option

copied from MS help site - looks same as described above pretty much

Add voting buttons to a message
Applies to: Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

This feature requires you to use a Microsoft Exchange account. Most home and personal accounts do not use Exchange.

    1.In the message, click Options.
2.Select the Use voting buttons check box, and then click the voting button names you want to use in the box.
To create your own voting button names, delete the default button names, and then type any text you want. Separate the button names with semicolons.

3.Under Delivery options, select the Save sent message to check box. To select a folder other than the Sent Items folder, click Browse.
4.Click Close, and then click Send.

It will only work if you are using Microsoft Exchange. If this is a personal home email, then you wont be using it and you cant use voting.

Thank you everyone for your help. It is an exchange.

athunder - found the options button and 'use voting buttons' but it doesn't advise on how I can change the names or add numerous buttons. Can you expand further?

    Thanks

It's 2003. Ok thanks for that using the semi-colan i've managed to add the numerous titles (buttons) but is there a way where the people who receive the options can choose more than 1 button ?
