Overcharged by ASOS

Banned
Hi All

I just wonder if you could give me some advice.

I ordered something on ASOS that was £55. I used a £20 voucher so should have paid £35.

My bank statement yesterday showed they took £50.

Made no sense, called them, they said they cannot figure it out as their side it does not show an overcharge. I sent them my bank statement but can I claim this back via my bank?

I paid via debit card?

p&p?

You should be able to take it up with ASOS and sort out a refund - seems like they've made an error there end and taken out the full amount for the item and not the reduced price

does it show the reduced price when you look on your order history on ASOS?

In order history it shows as £35 as the voucher was taken off and postage was a fiver but item was £50

Was not charged that though!

Hit ASOS and tell 'em any money they owe you will be treated as a loan with interest charged at the same rate as - oooooh, lets see - Wonga would use. Include screenshot of Wonga's calculator.

ASOS are normally very good. Contact them and wait for them to investigate - they should sort the issue, not your bank.
