    Panasonic Car CD player fault?

Bought it from argos a week ago, however sometimes when playing things off a usb stick, it suddenly stops, and you either have to press forward and it starts again , or press source, until it gets on USB again..
Does this sound like a fault of the USB stick or the car cd player?
    Thanks
    Jack

Try another usb stick and also if it plays cd's in mp3 format burn the exact same tracks to cd in mp3 format as a data disk and see if it hangs with them also. On my car mp3 cd player it acts up if you try and play variable bitrate mp3's instead of playing fixed bitrate ones.

Tried a different USB has the same problem, however, i noticed if the song just stops, sometimes it will just skip to another song, or i have to fast forward it a couple of secs and it carries on playing..

this is a stupid excuse if they gave you that mate, its also a lie, if you buy it from a very popular store such as Argos, then even if it was purchased at a different store from which you are trying to exchange it at, they have no reason to refuse this because it wont affect their stock level or anything so take it in there and demand one as its still within the 28 days money back guarantee in which you have the chance to either exchange or get your money back (it may be a credit note though) HTH
