Does anyone have anything bad to say about these?

I sold a net book on here 2 weeks ago and found out a day ago. that the person never received it. It cost me 13.50 to send to!! (48 HOUR SERVICE)

I have been on the phone for the last day and i must say they customer service is bad! They are trying to blame the post office and the post office are trying to blame them It was sent on the 4/3/10 and the only info they have on it is picked up from post office. but now they are trying to say it might have got lost with the royal mail.

So i now have to put a claim foam in and wait to hear back.(How long does that take?)

Dont think im ever gonna use them again. rant over. lol

Yes I used to work for them can confirm they are dreadful and their CS is dire.

Parcel Monkey for the win. I know claiming from the PO can take around 3 months so PF would be pretty much the same I'm afraid.

Its not known as Parcel Farce for nothing.
I have had bad experience with them. They signed the parcel themselves & said it was delivered then said it wasnt delivered as not a known address & it was finaly returned to me. Go figure.

Porcel Farce broke a ("Phat"/original) PS2 console in transit to a HotUKDeals member.

The cost to send it was over £18 & I was then denied compensation because I obviously broke the machine before I packaged it (in enough bubblewrap & cardboard buffering to save the titanic from sinking)!?!

That was my first, and last, time of using the "service" as a seller.

Good luck with your claim (that can take up to 8 weeks to resolve if I recall correctly).

[EDIT]: I also am quite 'chatty' with our area's delivery agent for Porcel Farce & he has relayed (take with a pinch of salt here, if required) that amounts per 'drop' are being lowered so much that "all the good drivers" are leaving. I didn't like to ask him why he was still employed, but perhaps at times it is best to bite your tongue on these kinds of comebacks

I but a claim in with the Royal Mail a while ago for a £10 remote control I sold via ebay.. it took 90 days to wait to see if the parcel turned up anywhere... then after that it was classed as lost..

Then had to submitt a claim form for the item proving the content and value. Ie the recpeit for the item, detailing make and model. (luckly I sold on ebay so there were an offical record as such.)

Posted on the 4/3/10 so it took 4 days to pick up and thats the last bit of info. they have.

They are absolute pants, work use them for one supplier and we constantly have parcels turn up late (they only send via PF as it's urgent stock). We now primarily use TNT and they are excellent, but some of the suppliers still use PF and I have lost count of how many times I have had to ring their CS to find out where our delivery is.

Yeah, parcelforce aren't good.

I sent a netbook to a HUKD member a few weeks back by Parcelforce 48 hour service.

It arrived in 5 working days plus the weekend inbetween. Pointless.
