    Parcel2Go Claims

Has anyone claimed for damage through Parcel2Go?

I sent a parcel through eBay and the buyer has sent me pics the item damaged, i have emailed a claim to Parcel2Go but just wondered what my chances are?

I said to the buyer i have emailed the parcel company, so do i just make him wait for now?

    Any info appreciated

Can't the buyer claim for damages from them, surely its not your responsibility once you have posted the item.

I sent the item so feel it should be claimed my end

Quite right its the sellers responsibility to claim as the obv the buyer needs the proof etc.

Like if an items sent special delivery the seller has the receipt and tab that is needed to show to RM as proof.

The buyer has no contract with p2go, so no way he would be able to claim, they rarely pay out on legitimate claims so no hope if the buyer claims!

OUt of interest, if you bought something from amazon and it arrived damaged would you be ok if they said - contact royal mail?

I had a complaint with them before, not because the item was damaged but for another reason. Their customer service seemed quite good but i phoned them not email. You should try, you will get a refund im sure!!

    I don't rate your chances with P2G.

Also, if the buyer did not write something about damages on the reciept when he signed for it then you have no chance in hell.
