she say she dident change it and has no idea.. KIDS lol.. cant get past adminnistrator password ..looking bad i guess:x

    ouch - yeah

Since the only account that probably has admin rights is your original account!

Do you mean the password to login to windows on your laptop? If so that can be got around quite easily, theres several ways. But I'll wait to see if that is the problem first.

If it's windows XP and you're at the welcome screen. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice, it will show a text username and password box.

Then, type Administrator for the username and try leaving the password field blank or refer to the operating manual of the laptop. Then, you should be able to change the password for your other user account and hey presto you're in.

hi tried but no go thanks anyway

I have a password recovery disk, put it into the drive and as the pc/laptop boots loads up and lets you know all the passwords on the pc, if you want me to mail you a copy pm and I will send a disk out to asap.

Scary to think that anyone can use that ...

No use password protecting laptop lol

i hope its not the bios password if so you are goosed

if you have access to another pc to burn a disk i can send a link to a iso to remove the admin password
also have you checked safe mode (F8 on boot) if you pc is oem from del etc most the time the you can get in the admin account in safe mode without a password

when pc boots up and you get black screen with various options just login SAFE MODE and when pc boots up go into control panel then user accounts and remove your password.
This works as long as its just your windows logon password

Yeah thats the easiest thing to do, that was what I was going to suggest you try first, then if that does'nt work then you can try cracking it.

uploading erd commander to my webspace (its so good microsoft took over the company and killed it) lol
will pm you the address when its done
its like a cd bootable version of windows
you will need to unrar and burn the iso then boot windows from it
in there there is a app called locksmith that will change any user password
