Paypal case issue.

I keep getting this message after trying to open a case for a transaction. We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. Any help?

What exact steps are you following?

are you doing it on a phone,tablet or laptop ?
you will get different results on a laptop to if you use your phone

Simply call PayPal and they will address the issue over the phone.

Make sure you use the desktop site

I used my computer and clicked in resolution centre, found the transaction but it wont let me open the case after entering all the information of why i am opening the case

Can anyone confirm how long before i can no longer open a case with paypal. As i have a problem with an item that i purchased on 20th May 2016 is it too late?

I think its too late. Pretty sure it's 90 days.

Bummer. However ive been getting the same error message for the past week but appreciate all the responses.

I'm getting exactly the same thing, standard dispute filing and as soon as I submit the form, "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". I've email them, but so far just had a form letter telling me how to file a dispute, which is what's causing the problem in the first place.
