    PAYPAL FEES CLARIFICATION - help?

    I have a premier account.

    Money in my paypal balance.

    1:
Is GIFT the only way for a person recieving the money (wheather they have a personal or premier account) for them to not have to pay charges on for recieving the money?

    2:
What are the actual seller protection polices are there for buyer / seller if a payment is marked as GIFT - none??

    3:
Are buying / selling items on here (HotUKDeals) covered by any paypal protection? or is it purely eBay items?
    3a:
If there is, does this apply when marked as a GIFT or GOODS?

I'm sure i have other questions, but trawling through the paypal site is labourious and doing my head in, so any help will truely be appreciated.
