    Paypal issue

    Hi

    People

I paid for an item through PayPal via eBay. However, the seller an ignorant twit is now not replying!

I paid through PayPal but used my debit card to fund the transaction....would this cause any issues? or is it as norm if I put a dispute?

    Cheers

Gave them 3 weeks, the only reply I rcvd was sent....to the message I sent which asked if he's sent it and if I could have a tracking number...since then no replies, I gave him a week after he told me he sent it. Now to total its been 3.

I've had a look at the protection scheme now and it states:

PayPal provides 100% protection against losses from unauthorised payments sent from your PayPal account regardless of the funding source used

I have now put up a dispute...and I'm sure as he has less (only 10) than the 100 feedback, the money isn't released until he gets feedback?

Thanks for your concern hopefully PayPal sort it out!

    Merry Chrimbo to you all!

    I'll hijack a reply lol

Depends on the price, anything over 39 quid send SD:thumbsup:

start a dispute, and correspond via that, paying with a debit card thru paypal won't affect seller receiving money so long as u had sufficient funds when purchasing

lol, the bid ended on £38, £45 with postage, so will RD be ok? SD is gonna cost me a fortune to send back, really mad, I 'bleeping' hate ebay these days, daughter is in tears over it, she saved for months to buy this guitar and it was listed as "like new" and no mention of it being not full size :x

I'd send RD for that value:thumbsup:

That's the trouble with Ebay, some sellers are less than honest:x

Although if it's the sellers fault they should be reimbursing you postage,if they had a conscience that is!

Thanks you pair again, same old drill, can't rep either of you as I've not tarted enough since the other day.. lol

Rep to Skippydoo for not complaining I hijacked... lol

Hope you also get sorted xx
