PayPal payment not authorised, what next?

Strange one, this one.
I 'bought' a blu-ray from our good friends, Zoom. £5 with the code, so £4.
It arrived in 2 days, result. I watched it, and traded it to Cex - even better!

Checked PayPal, and the £4 payment to Zoom was not authorised: "The temporary authorisation was cancelled and your funding source wasn't charged."

Do I need to worry?
As I haven't even got the product that they sent me and now it appears I haven't paid for it, as far as I can tell - not through fault of my own.

Should I contact them to offer to pay - or wait to see if I get anything from them?

Funding hasn't expired, both bank account and credit card still active, so I can't work out why it hasn't gone...
