Any one had problems with PayPal and the new Authentication required when you sign in that has just happened?

As part of the PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation, we need additional information to confirm it's really you when you log in.

And they need to send a txt or call to the mobile number on the account

Problem is I have my old number on it and can not log in now and there is no way to change it

No clue what to do locked out
