So I just checked my bank account and it said I paid £11.95 to paypal, now I have not bought anything to that amount so it's not a purchase. Then I checked my direct debits section and I have one labelled "PAYPAL PAYMENT" and the amount is £11.95 that was paid on the 11 July. Under frequency it says "Variable". Is there a charge to using Paypal that I was unaware of?
