Most computers made in the last 5 years have the recovery software built in, which make/model computer is it?

Windows 7 allows you to restore everything to 'factory settings' without losing any of your files.

Click start, control panel, recovery, advanced recovery methods

The option is here to restore to factory settings

Otherwise I think most Windows versions allow you to create recovery discs, just type 'recovery discs' into the search

It isnt on my win7. Just system restore or complete reinstall options are present (using install disks & you lose all programs / data).
