Why don't you just burn one at a time?

Should be fine on that setup, i do it all the time

Are they cheapo disks? And at what speed are you burning them?

if your pc was happy to do it, i expect it would take longer than burning one disc at a time twice over.

Nah they should burn at the same speed as doing just one

Slower is better when it comes to burning. Makes the disks much easier to read

Are your dvd drive firmwares up to date?

If it is I'd suggest trying a different media

All my datawrite disks have been rubbish recently... Still using Tesco DVDs and they work absolutely fine

ive made the data write mistake before.

dammit! i checked some discs i burnt the other day and some of them are … dammit! i checked some discs i burnt the other day and some of them are screwed too :(i've lost some data now...will have to experiment.... I bought these data writes a while back but have 100 of them...

Don't rush burning, do it as slow as possible for a better burn, my machines a similar spec to urs (but i've got 8gbs of 800mhz ram & a 8800gtx) and i always burn as slow as poss normally 4x, i also have 2 dvd burners but never use them at the same time.

i'm using free easy dvd burner.

Never heard of that tbh

Get Nero. Or Ashampoo Burning Studio is also good

I use a both DVDFab Decrypter and ImgBurn. For my rips
